A coworker threw an amazing BBQ today. Great people, great weather and great food. One thing I found particularly cool (besides the pool, hot tub, beautiful garden, & sweet music equipment) was his outdoor brick oven for making pizzas. He saw a special on HGTV covering how to make one and just did it. That’s pretty badass in my book. I’m always down to customize a pizza and making them reminds me of some types of art, too. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I strategically place toppings in a way that any bite will have the perfect combination of flavors. Here’s a photo of the homemade brick oven:
