“This will be successful if…”

Some examples include:

“This meeting will be successful if….”
“This presentation will be successful if….”
“This event will be successful if….”
“This vacation will be successful if….”

This allows us to go beyond our surface thoughts and get to the deeper level of thinking about what we would truly consider successful for all of the things we do.

Also, this is a great question to ask if you’re not exactly sure why someone asked you to meet up over coffee or what they wanted to accomplish when they scheduled that meeting without an agenda. This will help you learn exactly what they’re hoping to gain.
